It’s been awhile since I have consistently practiced piano. There is something quite meditative about repeating the same thing over and over. Each 15 min chunk before bed got my hands moving a little smoother and my mind a bit more relaxed. It’s nice to work on something with no deadline and no expectations. Just me and the music.
